All the outside terraces and the swimming pool have been completely renovated using the finest materials, providing plenty of space for sunbathing and a "La Pamplonette" hut for sipping your aperitifs at any time, sheltered from the sun.

The heated pool has a shallow end, perfect for children, and a 190 cm circular pool for jumping and "bombs".

This family oasis is bordered by a 2,000 m2 park with Mediterranean species and fruit trees.

The park and swimming pool are shared with the tenants of the house.

A path through the vines leads to the D-Day beach and its many restaurants. This 20-minute walk takes you to the seafront with a minimum of traffic.

Several supermarkets are located within 1.5 km of the villa and offer a delivery service.

A linen and towel service is available.

The cost per bed is 30 euros for sheets and 15 euros for towels.

When you arrive, you will be given the sheets and towels you have booked.

The cost of sheets and towels can be paid on the spot if you do not reserve them at the time of booking.

The villa is in a quiet residence and late parties should be avoided.
